JIM McKERLIE
Jim McKerlie has more than twenty-five years of consulting experience working with clients around the world. His client base includes numerous major international public companies, the public sector and privately owned businesses. Jim has consulted extensively in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe and Africa.
He has held positions as NSW Partner in Charge of Consulting for Deloitte and a Managing Partner in KPMG Consulting. In between he founded McKerlie Consulting, a major specialist strategy consultancy, which was later acquired by KPMG. In 2002 he formed ROCG in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
In addition to his extensive consulting experience Jim has a strong software development background and many years in the media as a radio and television presenter and business writer.
Jim completed the International Executive Programme at the prestigious IMD Business School in Switzerland and is Fellow with several professional organisations including the Institute of Management Consultants Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

RONEN SHEFER
CEO (Americas)
Ronen Shefer has twelve years experience in business development consulting. He has worked with numerous small businesses and medium-sized organizations as lead consultant and facilitator in the areas of business diagnostics, strategic planning, business growth, profit improvement and process design.
Ronen specializes in helping business owners face the unique challenges of owning their business by leading strategic planning retreats, facilitating corporate management meetings, and conducting surveys of customers and employees.
Ronen has been the leader of many roundtable education sessions and is a frequent speaker in seminars that cover business success strategies and consulting methodologies.
He has also developed and monitored marketing strategies for his clients and was a critical element in the transformation of companies in Michigan and across the United States.
Ronen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).

DAVID HENDERSON
CEO (Asia-Pacific)
David Henderson has more than seventeed years experience providing advice to businesses of various sizes in Australia and the Pacific.
His clients have ranged from start-ups to established businesses with revenues up to $A80 million across a wide range of industries.
He has been a director of professional firms engaged in accounting and consulting, and has also featured in the media where he has provided specialist advice.
David has a strong accounting and taxation background, coupled with experience gained in most operational and strategic areas of business. He has completed notable assignments in business and strategic planning, IT implementation, and finance.
His commercial acumen has enabled him to provide advisory services on human capital / resources and structural issues, effective marketing and use of existing resources, and budgeting matters including planning for cash flow positive growth.
David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).
BRENDAN BINCHY
CEO (Europe)
Brendan Binchy’s extensive career incorporates key executive positions in private companies, an executive role in a publicly listed company, and over fifteen years of public practice.
He originally qualified as a CPA and subsequently became a Certified Tax Consultant with ITI. His time in public practice has been exclusively focused on the provision of value-added services to the business community.
Brendan has developed in-depth expertise in Business Problem Diagnosis & Strategic Planning for privately owned enterprises, Corporate Finance & Valuations, Investment appraisal, and Strategic Marketing.
Landmark assignments in Brendan’s career include the strategic transitioning of a major national quarry company, the turnkey development and operation of a private healthcare facility, as well as numerous consulting assignments for privately owned growth enterprises.
His papers on Improving Team Productivity and The Management of a Professional Services Firm have been published by the ITI. He is a regular speaker on business management to professional bodies and industry groups in Ireland.
Brendan is a CPA and a Certified Tax Consultant with the ITI.
