| Organizational Design |
Overview |
|
Many small to medium size businesses operate using a sub optimal organizational structure which in many cases rely very heavily on the business owner(s) to operate and perform several duties. It becomes an even bigger problem when the organization begins to grow yet the structure is very flat with inadequately delineated responsibilities.
As every business evolves a clearly defined structure becomes imperative to the continuing success and growth of the enterprise. Owners must be able to rely on other people to perform important functions within the business, enabling the owners to leverage their knowledge and take the business to the next level.
Without a clear accountability structure the growth opportunities of the business are limited. Even worse is the risk of the owner experiencing ‘burnout’ from trying to be involved in every task. |
What We Do |
- Perform a SWOT analysis to identify the businesses’ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and their effect on the company’s vision and goals.
- Clearly define the business objectives and vision.
Determine the strategies that will enable the business to achieve its goals.
- Design an organizational structure that will support the business strategies that have been developed.
- Identify the existing human resources who fit into the new model and recruit any missing elements needed.
